Making sauerkraut at the moment, waiting for the juice to be released. Then we go shopping. The weather is starting to get very bad.

Today's plans? Identifying the bugs, birds and flora I took photos of yesterday whilst out.

Made devilled eggs this morning, making more bites later. Currently not doing much because I have pretty firm headache. We're celebrating with me, my husband & youngest stepson only today. Just taking it easy I think.

I actually have a plan today because I want to be freeee all afternoon!
1) Pick up some yummy Spanish cheese
2) Pit stop at the supermarket to get ice, rum, coke, bread and coriander leaf
3) Make pani puri filling (15 minutes)
4) Fry puris (5 minutes)
5) Make a dipping sauce for the dolmades (15 minutes)
6) Make pastry for wife's chicken pie
7) Sit down with a beer and watch something brainless on the goggle box.

Today is bake baby bake! Actually the minute I get the large meat in the oven, I no longer have to worry.

Pear juice is because the pears are poached in red wine, so the sauce or juice is very tasty, that is my guess.
