Today big plan is to cook lunch with all of my leftovers.

My plans changed - pathology hasn’t come back on everything regarding my surgery, so pushed out a week.

Ok, making samosas is done, I forgot a bit of ginger. But I save the ginger for the eggplants. Waiting to bake the eggplants with oil.

I cleaned my yard, just trimmed the climbing roses, they are a pain to deal with because they are thorny.
I moved a couple citrus pot around.
I just found I now actually have large leaf arugulas in my garden, the batch in container didn’t seem to grow much. I miss eating arugulas in the winter.

A trip to the market and to the spice shop. I need coriander, cumin, mustard powder, turmeric. Buy 5 lts red wine vinegar.
Make 3 kgs piccalilli, 3 kgs tomato chutney, vadas for a dinner on Friday, plan an Indian food course and finalise a menu for a tea tasting.

Today the big plan is to call my dentist and pay for my husband’s 3rd cleaning, insurance does not cover the 3rd cleaning.

I called the dentist, now the big plan in the afternoon is to go to Home Depot and get some cement slabs to cover the bottom of my raspberry pots, this way the roots from the trees outside my yard don't come up and take over the raspberries, and the opposite could happen too.
But finally I get a spot to plant my raspberries, my husband’s favorite berries.

Plan for today is to go shopping in the morning.
Maybe do a bit of grafting today, the weather is warming up, i have lots of scions to be grafted.
Dump out the Himbo Top raspberries and separate them into individual pot.

Dr. Google says my echocardiogram results are all within norms…which means the doc will probably start treating me for chronic heart disease.

Shopping done, my husband was very helpful in loading 4 tubs of ice cream, lol. He loves ice cream and it’s sort of on sale. But actually the prices have gone up by $1 from last year.
