Hello everyone,
I have recently been experimenting with healthy ingredients in my daily cooking, and one ingredient that caught my attention is psyllium husk. It is well known for its high fibre content and is often used to support digestion and gut health.
While researching, I came across several simple psyllium husk ideas that can easily be included in everyday meals. Some people mix it into smoothies, while others use it in baking recipes such as bread, pancakes, or gluten-free dishes. Because psyllium husk absorbs water and forms a gel-like texture, it can also work as a natural thickening agent in certain recipes.
One recipe I tried was adding a small amount to my morning smoothie with banana, oats, and almond milk. It made the drink more filling and helped increase the fibre content of my breakfast. I have also seen people using psyllium husk in low-carb bread and healthy baking recipes.
I would also love to know from this community:
Have you tried any Psyllium Husk powder recipe in your cooking or baking? What recipes worked best for you?
