What no crunchy midnight snack? That would add some noise 
It’s 19F/-7C here…too cold to make any noise beyond chattering teeth!
19F - that's a heat wave ------------------------------------- it's only 6F here. Even too cold for the teeth chatter heck, even the pengiuns are putting on coats

Here in wet and windy Leicester I just slept through the whole night for the first time in months. This is fanastic news as I feel refreshed, but also bad news because I missed my 2am pain killers and it twinges a bit whilst I wait for my morning pain killers to kick in.

What I find adds to my insomnia is typing what the time is and goodnight I’m going to sleepI saw that thread but thought it might just add to my insomnia
I always think it will make me put the tech down but it doesn’t at all!

I do the same but close the forums, go to bed then sure as eggs, am back up in half an hour. So now, I just to heck with it and stay put till I really do get tired. It then gets to apoint where it becomes so late (early) there isn't any point going to bed
