Recipe Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Here is a quick, simple, and tasty way to cook Brussels sprouts:

Ingredients:
1 pound of Brussel sprouts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix Brussels sprouts with the olive oil to coat
Season with salt and pepper
Toss until combined
Place sprouts on a baking sheet
Roast until sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender inside
Cook about 25 minutes but turn them halfway through cooking time

I love some roasted Brussels Sprouts. I will occasionally make a garlic/oil sauce to dip them in.
