Salted Caramel Ice Cream.

Has anyone made this before? I heard that it is good. What do you think?

I'm about to make some in my ice cream machine. It only uses six ingredients.

I haven't made it but I've eaten it and its lovely - the contrast of the salt (in crystals) with the caramel was lovely. Please post a photo when you have made it.

It's a solid color that looks almost like coffee ice cream.
