Sandwiches

Do you guys lay your meats flat on a sandwich, or do you kind of "ribbon" them down gently? I always try to do the latter. I find it gives the sandwich more volume, and it just makes for a better picture and looks overall more appetizing.

Me too. I think the texture is better with the meat having pockets like that.

Defo ‘ribboned’ it tastes better and creates nice pockets for other components to nestle into.
