Adapted from a recipe I saw in "Deliciously Ella Every Day" p. 72

Buckwheat and Tahina Savoury


Ingredients

83g buckwheat
300g water
15g tahina
12g Engevita
1 tbsp (7g) paprika
1 tbsp tabasco chipotle
1 tbsp tamari sauce or 0.25 tsp salt. If using reduced salt tamari an extra pinch may be necessary.
Up to 1 tsp medium curry powder and / or sumac (optional)

Method

Add water to buckwheat.
Bring to boil then cover and simmer for 18 minutes. Let cool for 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients, stir vigorously and serve.
