My version of a McMuffin: Turkey sausage patties, swiss cheese and the hard cooked fried egg on an english muffin.

Gave that to DH yesterday ... I found 2 homemade Buttermilk Waffles in the deep freeze and had two pieces of Bacon leftover yup, I said leftover some fruit and juice and he was set.

Eggs scrambled up with ham, tomatoes, and cheese, over a piece of toast.

Dorset cereals berry Granola (honest) with home grown raspberries, red-currants and homemade soy yoghurt.

Pancakes with some semi homemade syrup, browned butter and bananas, some pecan extract plus pancake syrup.

Potatoes were “O’Brien” style (peppers and onion added in), and the sausage patties were left over from the sausage stuffing/meatloaf I made at Thanksgiving.

MrsT doesn’t like breakfast sausage much, but this has apple and onion mixed in (among other things), so when I handed her the plate, she said, “I’m not eating all that sausage.”

10 minutes later - “You sure you don’t want this other piece?”

2 minutes later - “Never mind…I ate it.”

No pics (eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, and toast), I was off my breakfast game and busted the yolk on one egg getting it in the pan and busted the yolk on the other egg getting it out!

Quick breakfast `cuz we had people see, places to go ...
Costco Croissant filled with a hard Fried Egg, halved and griddled Turkey Sausages and Cheese of the diners choice.
There was the obligatory cup of coffee/tea and juice served along side.
