Show me your breakfast (2024)

This was saturdays breakfast but I've had the same thing three days in a row because Mr SSOAP for no reason I can fathom has taken to cooking breakfast when we're in Spain, no complaints from me!

JAS_OH1 and SatNavSaysStraightOn I usually buy Yoplait Yogurt in the supermarket, because I can get DH to eat it, but I've switch.

Yoplait:
Nutrition Facts: kcal is 140
Food component / NutrientAmount As Packaged% DV * As Packaged
Total Carbohydrate26g9%
Dietary Fiber0g0%
Total Sugars18g
Incl. Added Sugars13g26%

For myself I but Kroger Carbmaster:

HUGE difference.
I'm trying my best to keep my carb intake to 50g/day or less really.

Yeah, that yoghurt had a lot of added sugar.

I can only guess at what the homemade soy yoghurt has, but given I add nothing to it except the culture, it's a reasonable assumption that it will be similar to the soy milk used. 100ml has 5½g of Carbs.

You'll need to divide kJ by 4 to get kcals. Australia is fully metric!

No pics because I wheee-doggie overcooked the potatoes, but we had over-easy eggs (those were cooked perfectly ☺️), smoked sausage patties, the aforementioned potatoes, and toast.
