Another Scrambled Egg And Mayo Sandwich


That's the homemade sandwich bread from yesterday. I must (continue to) say...really liking my bread box. I cut the stump of the bread off yesterday to try it, and the rest of the loaf, with the cut end exposed, sat overnight in the bread box, unwrapped, and it's nice and soft and fresh this morning.

I don't usually stir anything into my scrambled eggs, but I have creme fraiche to use up, so there's a little of that in there.
 
My husband made me an omelette this morning 😍

Oh, sorry. It's a runny egg + breakfast sausage (pictured in the sausage topic) + a little bit of potatoes O'Brien (potatoes, peppers, and onions) + toast = 3/4ths Full Monty Breakfast. :)
 
I find it odd that the Brits (as I remember them) don't eat potatoes with breakfast particularly because of our obsession with them. Perhaps it's because we do eat so many that we prefer a change at breakfast?
