American-style scrambled eggs, Portuguese Sausage/Linguica, Liliha Bakery Butter Rolls split open and pan-grilled in butter (ssshhhh! DH claims to dislike butter) and an ice cold glass of POG (Passion-Orange-Guava) Juice, most ono (that's Hawaiian for delicious)! Scenery ain't bad either ...

Lightly toasted Pao Doce

I whisked some eggs, salt, and sour cream together and made scrambled eggs with Monterey Jack cheese. I had some leftover chicken fajita mix and fresh tomato salsa, so I put some of that in a bowl and nuked it, then made breakfast burritos with that and the eggs. Damn, I forgot to add black beans! Anyway, hubby loved it!
