Like I mentioned in another topic, today is Veterans Day, so I popped into my usual Vets Day spot for breakfast…Denny’s.
This is a weird place. The food is fine, just standard diner fare for those not familiar, but the service is absolutely abysmal, but not for lack of trying. That’s why I keep coming back.
The waitresses, to a person, are completely incompetent, but they’re so sincere, they try so hard and are so nice, I can’t think ill of them, and I keep coming back. Maybe they’ve hit on a way to get repeat business while giving poor service.
Anyway, breakfast was the scrambled eggs, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, and two pancakes. Coffee to drink (and that’s not included. I paid for that.).
