today was in-the-pan scrambled eggs, Bob Evans sausage patty, 2 slices white toast with butter&jam . . .

no pix, done got ate, X-Ray required iffin' it's really serious . . .

later this week, it's all scratch egg Benedict . . . with cured salmon . . . a DW '''suggestion'''

Leftovers at work ...

A bit of grilled Steak, roasted Potatoes, Onions & Peppers, add some going over the edge Green Onions tops ...

... then add an over-easy Egg to the mix and that's Brunch for Moi.
Whenever I say I'm making Hash, DH turns his noise up, "eeewwww!! NO! That's gross!"
... moments later ...
DH: Boy, something sure smells good, whatcha makin?
Moi: Hash
DH: Eeeeewwww! Heh! That looks pretty dang good ...

When are you heading back to The Netherlands? I’m already scheduled to make pancakes for Windigo so I don’t see why I can’t run over to yours and make biscuits and gravy.
