Brunch for DH

A bit messy, but DH couldn't wait for me to snap a photo :laugh:
Here have an American-Style Omelet filled with leftover Carne Asada, Onions and Cilantro, lightly toasted Italian Bread and diced Cherry Tomatoes.
I got a big thumbs up, "let's make this again!"
The leftover meat was from this Street Tacos on Tuesday out with my Mother.
I snuck in a taste, DANG DELICIOUS!!!

Not in the picture frame is a glass of Cranberry Juice and a small bowl of diced Cantaloupe.

My omelet had just a slice of Kraft American Cheese, also very tasty, along with the same Toast and a glass of OJ to wash down our morning pills...

Actually I slept here last night but isla said last night " you're cooking brekky tomorrow aren't you" so I took bacon and beans. Hello??? Down to last can.???
So I cooked them eggs bacon and beans.
I just had a coffee.
