It does not look appetizing, but it tasted quite good.
I did add a little kashmiri chili to the mix .
Other than that just broad beans, cumin, garlic, lime juice, olive oil and salt
(Bit more liquid next time, I think)

That does sound good! I've a half a baguette but it might end up as a dessert if I make bread pudding.Since I was woken up at 2am, by 7am I was starving.
Sooo - I grilled a half of a baguette, slathered it with butter and cream cheese, added 2 chopped up boiled eggs, a tablespoon or two of red onion and a generous dose of dill.
Boy was that good!
Make the salmon (if you've got any hanging around!). If you haven't, then use some other preserved fish: anchovies, mackerel, sardines - they'd all work. Bung some capers on there as well, for good luck.I've a half a baguette but it might end up as a dessert if I make bread pudding.
