Chicken Jook or Congee (I know there's another name for it, but I can't think of it right now, I need more coffee first)
I had put loads of fresh Ginger Root in to mix, which is a great antioxidant and tasty to boot.
I had some roast dinner vegetables leftover from last night, so with a little bit of fat from the roast potatoes tray I made some bubble and squeak to go with my cooked breakfast of bacon, fried eggs and black pudding.
