They got here Wednesday and I'm over it a day later. Pippi never was bothered with anything but Pepper hauls a** to the front door and rockets into the lazy boy, her safe place. Oh well, they'll be done later and not again until the fall.Yeah, I can sympathize. We just love it, not, when the Blue Angels visit here. You can't get away from the noise. When we lived on the edge of the everglades, they used that area as practice. I worked from home at the time and that week nearly had me climbing the walls, and the dogs just loved it, again not.
It's funny how dogs are so different. They got here Wednesday and I'm over it a day later. Pippi never was bothered with anything but Pepper hauls a** to the front door and rockets into the lazy boy, her safe place. Oh well, they'll be done later and not again until the fall.

Pippi freaked out when I picked up a long gun since she was stressed after our rattlesnake event. It's funny how dogs are so different.
Sherlock is granddad to Bibi.
Good snaker, not scared of anything
Bibi is very scared of loud noises, esp thunder, but also gun shots and even heavy rain![]()

We used to get the Farnborough air show. It's a big air show in the UK. We also lived on military land south of there and that was an active training area but open to the public, so everything except for live ammo. They did eventually ban thunder flashes and flares due to the fire risk, but that took 4 or 5 years to happen. We often joked that we would sleep through an invasion because until we heard live rounds, we'd not respond. (We did occasionally hear live rounds when the farmer or a poacher was out shooting.)Yeah, I can sympathize. We just love it, not, when the Blue Angels visit here. You can't get away from the noise.
