I had a Butternut Squash during the week, so I saved the seeds, washed and dried them, and today I coated them in olive oil, and sprinkled them with smoked paprika and sugar and roasted them for 15 mins at about 140C.

I used about the same amount of paprika and sugar (I didn't measure, I just sprinkled), and I think they could stand a little more paprika, but they are very moreish! I got the idea from someone at work who made popcorn with the same mix, and that was more than moreish, it was downright addictive!:hungry:
