Smoothies are quite easy to make, requiring only fruit, cream or milk and a blender. I typically always use a banana for consistent thickness, half n half and some alternate fruit(s) or berry(ies).

My morning smoothy is usually spinach, blueberries, almond milk, glutamine, peanut butter and sometimes a scoop yogurt or tsp of honey..might sound a bit unusual, but it works..tastes great...the berries and spinach are good for lowering blood pressure and the almond milk helps prevent excess stomach acid...and the peanut butter is because I like peanut butter..
 
You have a sweet tooth, I really should look at doing these. Especially in summer when I have fresh berries.

I don't know about having a sweet tooth, but I do like smoothies.
