Speedy Up & Down Arrows

Let's see if that gives me the arrow I'm trying to explain.

It took a bit of doing but I think it does.

It's there on my laptop but disappears if I open a new tab or a duplicate tab. It is not on my Windows phone or my Android phone at all. They all have "Forums" as the top left tab but the bar disappears as I scroll up or down. On my tablet, "Top" is not there when I first log on, but appears when I scroll up or down.

There is also a second location where the word Top in green is on every single post. I can see it on your screenshot of @morning glory's screenshot. If you look at my reply to you, under my reply, close to the words report and like, there is also the word Top. Click on that instead.
