Looks good! I'll have to start doing mine like that since the pan lets the water evaporate quickly, even with paper towels on top. I covered with a splash screen, it helps.My mung beans

DittoThis is just a mason jar with a piece of screen.
I rinse, then drain twice a day (if I remember, and depending on temperature/humidity) and that keeps enough moisture.
And when they are done, they get a proper lid and the jar can go in the fridge
Anything that's enclosed to keep the seeds moist but has air circulation - covered colanders work ok too. But I prefer the jar + screen method as it takes up less room and as badjak says, goes easily into the fridge when sprouted enough.Looks good! I can tell I'm going to need to buy more lentils... I used to, when I was keto diet, make a stir fry dish with sprouts that was really good.
