I've not really found souffles particularly difficult, either sweet or savoury.

A decent curry on the other hand.

That just highlights the differences between us all. I usually find curries and the like quite simple - I'd die of starvation if I didn't . I did post one recipe for an Indian soufflé but due to lack of time and possible panic I pan-fried it in the end.

It had never occurred to me to try an Indian souffle.
I've always made broccoli souffle or chocolate ones (some that are liquid chocolate in the middle, I forget the correct terminology for it).
