Generally either chicken or pork with onion, lime juice, chillies, lemongrass, garlic, basil, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, carrot and squash.
 
Jok moo sap - rice soup with minced chicken or pork. Often eaten for breakfast, I think.

Did you know that "jok" is "congee". And yes it is a popular breakfast dish.

"Jok moo sap" would be pork. "Jok gai sap" would be chicken.
 
Loog (or look) chin tort. Deep fried meat balls (normally). I think these were fish balls.

Cooked by my neighbour's daughter when they had the restaurant.
 

Or "kai jiow". Popular with minced chicken (gai) or minced pork (moo). Fish sauce is normally added to the egg during beating.
