A is for Afghan Salad - primary ingredients: diced tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, coriander leaves mint and lemon/lime juice. No oil so its a very good diet salad.

Egg Salad. Doris is where we get Nduja from, not to mention their pastries. I do like my occasional cannoli.

While looking over my salad recipes, I came across a recipe from this person. It made me laugh, so I had to share. It was for a salad in a jar, submitted by "Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body" lol
