I've been racking my brain for a Carrot recipe that isn't just ... just.
Japanese-Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
This salad dressing is so dang good!
It's the one, ya know when you go to a Japanese-Style-Restaurant and you get a "salad" to start?
This IS the dressing you're going to get and it's just so ... OISHII (delicious in Japanese) !!!
You have to try this recipe!!!
It's not difficult, it's not a lot of ingredients that you may not have and dead simple to execute.

I bought the stuff to make carrot cake muffins, a different recipe than Z, but then realized a muffin recipe had been posted.Superseded by muffins
Thought about making a carrot souffle, but I had things that needed to be used up so it didn't make on the menu.

Does anyone want an extension to end of a Tuesday?
I have a professional exam on Wednesday and am a bit busy revising for it (it cost US$600, so i really need to concentrate on it and pass 1st time, but the 1st time pass rate is only 40%!)
My Wednesday afternoon, would be Tuesday 23:59 on GMT.
