Welcome to the CookingBites recipe challenge. The current challenge ingredient is cream cheese* and Windigo is our judge. Seriously though - that's a great ingredient for a challenge. None from me for a week or so (working & having fun) but I'll be there!

Well, the obvious things (to me) are cream cheese cake frostings (which I love!) and dips/spreads, which I also love.

I’ll have to start thinking about it.

Well, the obvious things (to me) are cream cheese cake frostings (which I love!) and dips/spreads, which I also love.

I’ll have to start thinking about it.

And chicken kiev ( filled with herbed cream cheese) , pasta salad, cheesecake..

I believe it’s very simple to make with milk and a bit of lemon. Never tried it but heard it turns out very well

I need to check if I can find cream cheese....

Can be made easily from yoghurt ( labneh) or soaked cashew nuts for a vegan cream cheese
