Too bad we can't get an even 20. LOL

I may be able to fix that if I pull my finger out...
Another example of how we just can’t use the same language between here (US) and there (UK) - here, the digit in question is always one’s thumb…and we usually add in what one’s thumb needs to be pulled out of, just to avoid any confusion. 👍 🍑

Well no go on the goat birria tacos I planned. I bought a couple pounds of goat meat about a week ago, stashed it out in the garage fridge. Brought it into the kitchen last night. Took the stinking mess right back out of the kitchen. I guess fresh meat doesn't stay fresh forever. Sigh.

Oh well. Maybe I will just grill a rack of lamb tonight, regardless of this challenge being over.

Sheep Shallenge…er, Challenge has completed! Lots of lambtastic entries from our muttonous master chefs…but who will be the GOAT?!?!

Thanks all who roasted away in a hot kitchen to enter, but it’s now up to msmofet to get a leg up on the entries, grind through them, and choose a winner - chop chop!

msmofet - an easy way to view all the entries is to just click the “cookingbites recipe challenge” tag up top and it’ll list them all out for you. Have fun!
