No one has made anything with duxelles yet! I was going to post a recipe using them, but had already posted it.

NOT an entry, just something for inspiration. I was complimented on this recipe by an actual chef, for whom I cooked it.

Miraculously, I have actually made something to enter: Mushroom and black bean tacos

Amazingly, these had mushrooms in them and I actually quite liked them. Tragically, my mushroom-loving husband did not. Fate is cruel.

wow............is it ok if I take a day or two to figure this out. I want to make sure I do every recipe justice by meticulously reviewing it.

I started with what has been posted using the challenge tag and I have it narrowed down to 6 (I know more will probably be posted in the next few hours). I have time, so I figured I would start looking at them.

Tomorrow I will probably look over everything else and try to narrow it to three before choosing a winner.

I want to thank everyone for such an amazing participation with the mushroom challenge. I really do appreciate it!!!

Take your time. And yes, the easiest way to see all the recipes is click on the cookingbites challenge tag. The entries are then displayed as a list with links to the recipe threads.
