Thank you for that although 99% of the credit should be directed toward Madhur Jaffrey (who turns 86 today).

Hopefully I'll come up with a suggested ingredient for the next challenge in the morning.

I'll say it's a good choice. One of our favorite spice to cook with. Thanks Yorky. I'm sure we all will walk away from this challenge with a lot of real good recipes.

Congrats @Yorky that potato looked amazing. Every different type of cooking I've watched all use cumin. Most things I start with cumin and coriander.
