The CookingBites recipe challenge: Yoghurt

Colleen made a very simple dessert.

Greek yogurt
Vanilla almond milk
Frozen bananas
Peanut butter

I thought I'd already posted this, but I hadn't, so here's my favourite Indian dessert: Gulab Jamun (Indian sweet fritters)
Although it might look a bit tricky to make, it's actually quite easy.
I thought I'd also share the original recipe I got from Kumal Chandiramani, way back in the early 90s, in Venezuela.
We used to go to Margarita island frequently, because we had a free flat/apartment overlooking the bay. Late afternoon,my wife would go shopping in the centre of Porlamar,the main town, while I lounged around the pool with the kids. One day she came back with some Indian shirts, dresses, blouses and said she'd met a lovely Indian couple who had shops in the centre.
Well the following day, we all went, and I immediately struck up a friendship with Ashok and Kumal, his wife. This is her recipe:

The next time I made gulab jamun, I was asked for 800 :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
Since then, I've probably made thousands of the things.
