When we were in Zeeland this weekend we've spent an hour playing a lasergame, basically tag with laser guns. It was super fun and another item off my bucket list! I was really amazed at myself running around for 50 minutes non-stop and not even being extremely tired after. My health is clearly improving from all the walking, Yoga, and swimming!

I discovered that if youtube doesn't have automatically translated subtitles you can turn on the subtitles (which will at first be in the language it’s being spoken in) then got to settings and click ‘captions’ ‘autogenerate’ ‘English’ and it will start auto translating.
It can be hit and miss.
This instructional one was very entertaining gobbledygook for 20 minutes. Still not sure what I’m doing
