I don’t advertise my birthday because being a Brit I don’t like a fuss.
But tomoz I turn 53 and this is too good not to share - I think I’m going to be gifted an ISI whipper![]()
I’ve poured over these on and off over the last 20 something years ever since I got into hot chocolate.
Then I discovered you can do other things with it like make infused oils or use the pressure to make gravlax in just 30 minutes.
But still to my way of thinking it’s too much money for a niche product I might not get my monies worth out of so I would never commit!
Comments have been made (the three of them are rubbish at keeping secrets) and I’m super stoked this could be heading my way!

That and the shashimi grade salmon that’s arriving on monday is going to feel more than a little bit silly![]()
I have one and very rarely use it... In fact I am not sure I ever used it to good effect.
