Well best I've ever had. I hear the Pacific NW has outstanding oysters. I don't love the brown water in Texas. I had some oysters in South Carolina that came from the James River and they were terrible. I'm glad I got them steamed instead of raw. When I lived in Destin there was this little bar I took my husband to when we met called the High Tide. Happy hour was $5.50 a dozen oysters on the half shell and $1 long neck bottle domestic beer. My favorite oyster bar is in New Orleans, ACME Oyster House. YUM.
