The omurice omelette

I won’t be attempting this one…I already make the world’s least attractive omlettes, never mind a fancy one like this.

I also don’t like omelettes enough to practice making them a bunch of times…they’re fine, but meh. Not that great in my opinion.

I tried making this once more for my teenager (home for the weekend from college), and wound up with wet scrambled eggs again. I had it until the flip, but it wasn't totally loose from my stainless pan to, well... flip. The temp was right, so I'll add more oil/butter next time.

Before I flip I swirl around in a circle. If it's loose it'll swirl too.
