I have achieved my weight loss, but until I can spend more time in the sun ( I go under the knife tomorrow, then healing 7/10 days) I am a bit sedentary. I have limited my calorie intake. Lack of bulk and exercise has it's normal effect.
Ingredients
8 figs frozen solid
1 small yogurt pot full of low fat cottage cheese frozen solid.
400 mls of sugar free soya milk
1 banana peeled chopped and frozen solid.
Bosch blender attachment
Method
Take the lump of cheese out of the pot, drop it in the goblet with everything else. Blitz till ready.
