Today is the first day we've seen the view from our home since getting back last Tuesday! It's Monday here now.
I'd love to say that the rain has filled the tanks, but it only drizzled, not rained properly, so whilst it has added water to them, it hasn't filled them yet!

The rain stopped and it was enough I can till the garden and then mulch it for winter.

I solarized part of my garden soil this past summer, and when I took the plastic off, I stacked the bricks I’d used to hold it down.
This little guy seems to be using them as a soapbox for his speeches! He stood up there and told off the whole neighbourhood!

In that third one, you can spot The Gurken lurkin’ in the purkin’ lot.
We’ve been through here in the Autumn, and those hills have looked like they were on fire with the intensity of the Fall colors.

Anyway, this is tyhe veiw from my lounge room, even though the pic was taken from the front porch
The area in the foreground is now filled and an entertainment area. It used to be a G Gauge Train Layout
Anyway, as you can see - I'm in the bush on about 3/4 acre of land with a railway line passing by, open field then the Canisteo River at the base of range.
