Oh that's so disappointing. I love Swedish meatballs and would love to be able to make them instead of buying them from Ikea Do you think if you had the right ingredients the meatballs would have been good or do you think the recipe was one of those that would be a "miss" no matter what?

Well, I'd like to think that the right ingredients would turn it into the yummy dish I saw in the picture. I'm not sure that I will ever find out though! LOL
