"Thugs" Vegetarian Crispy Spaghetti Pie

Its supposed to be "Vegan". I substituted fresh Parmesan cheese for the nooch. I also added in grape tomatoes.

Its mostly prepped, but I'll post pictures this evening after I cook it.

It tasted pretty good. My wife suggested the cherry tomatoes. That was a great suggestion. It wasn't as crispy as I wanted it to be. It could have used another 5 to 10 minutes in the oven. I also think it could have used some crushed red pepper.

I will definitely be cooking this again.
