Tiny Kitchen! Making absurdly small portions on purpose

I just read an article about Anna Taylor-Joy, who stars in “The Menu” (which I plan to see soon), and she brought up this site:

Tiny Kitchen

It sounds absurd, and in a way it is. But, these are real recipes made with tiny portions. No way I’d ever try this: if I’m spending the time and effort to make something, I want to make as much as possible so it lasts longer.

By the way, don’t make the same mistake I just made: that site lets you look at 3 recipes for free before it expects you to start paying. I reached my limit while I was writing this post.

Fortunately, you can look at as many recipes as you want on YouTube.
