INGEDIENTS
Recipe - Tomato Confit
Room Temperature Goat's Cheese
Baguette cut into 1/2" slices on a diagonal
EVOO
1 Clove garlic, peeled, slice cut off of end

METHOD
. Brush both sides of baguette slices with EVOO. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer. Bake until fully toasted.
. Remove from the oven and rub one side of the crostini with the cut end of the garlic.
. Spread with Goat's Cheese
. Top with Tomato Confit
