Tornado omelette* is a Korean street food usually served over rice. Its a simple omelette which is twirled using chopsticks to create a whirled effect. If anyone wants to have a go at doing this please post your photos here.

This is Wiki step by step which I though was easy to follow but there are many videos out there too: How to Make a Tornado Omelette: 6 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow. Please note that some methods suggest leaving the chopsticks static and rotating the pan instead.

* As mentioned in another thread by Rocklobster

I think the secret is to shock the bottom so it forms a seal to hold the egg together when you go to twist them. High heat, then maybe lower it?
