Turkish Ramadan Pide
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour (00 or any high protein bread flour)
 - 400 ml water
 - 10 g dry yeast
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 2 tsp sugar
 - 100 g bran or whole wheat flour to flour the tray
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tbsp yogurt
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp nigella seeds
