Unpasteurised cheese

I'd never even seen a cardoon until I was back in my home town in 2022.
Italians cook them and then eat them like artichoke hearts. What I did read is that you have to cook the damn things for over an hour for them to be edible. I'd hazard a guess and say any microtoxin that can survive an hour's boiling water is probably extraterrestrial.

If you've eaten raw oysters out of a bucket in the Caribbean, lemon termites, tarantula legs, enough unpasteurised cheese to fill a football field, and aguachile on the streets of Mexico city, a few million microtoxins aren't going to make any difference,
