Recipe - Pork-And-Apple PieI should make a pork pie since I've got way too many leftover pork chops that nobody wanted. Never heard of a pork pie, though. Can't be too complicated, right?![]()
Never heard of pouring in stock like that and I've never delt with a hot water crust but I've got all the ingredients. The hot water thing reminds me of making sopes. Have to scale it down a notch, no clue on the weight of meat that I've got.

I can do that. I think I'll use my new small ceramic pots and try to make a few.Pork pies in the UK are eaten cold and made with hot water pastry as aforementioned. The stock poured in sets as jelly. I made some once:
