I'm a stickler for keeping tops with the container it tops... I can't pay for something and then lose track of it; that's like burning money.

Stickler here too - can't abide when people lose lids! Not about the money but keeping tools and cookware in findable and working order

Ceramic. It's supposed to be stupid cold coming up, like my heater will run as the house cools down, so oven time it is.
