Using Stevia tablets

I saw this recipe for hot chocolate with stevia.

I have stevia tablets which I put in with the cacao powder. However, I don't think they're getting dissolved properly when I add the microwaved milk.

This recipe uses powder. How best to adapt it to tablets?

You should get one. Not just for this. They are very useful.

You could also crush the tablets on a cutting board with the back of a spoon. However I agree with Caseydog: mortar & pestle is very useful.

If I do that, sometimes the tablet crushes, and sometimes the tablet launches across the kitchen.
