I am guessing that your children are tweens and/or teens. With your culinary influence they should enjoy the food. Maybe a "night out" for you and your bride.
Many "Celebrity Chefs" have restaurants in Vegas.

I hope any other halves you have share your view. I know that technically you can't have more than one other half but you know what I mean.I've never taken a blind bit of notice of this particular day, so it's highly unlikely I'm going to start now.
