We get from our supermarket ( countdown) three trays of 8 kebabs, soy sauce flavoured, tandoori flavour, and satay flavour, we had these for bbq on Sunday. Weighing it up I thought that’s dam cheap, so we split the three trays up in half and froze in lots of four.
I used four tonight for my stir fry, with leftovers and it was superb. Wife had two goes. Worked out about $3 per serve, cheap as chips. I will be doing this again.
