these are Margaret fultons recipe, tried and true, even though it's about 35 years old. We recently had friends over and used the last of them. These freeze perfectly. It makes about 35 wee morsels. I'll put pics up as I do these. A woman that tried these said they were the best she had eaten, and she's a seasoned curry person.

Lng these are really unbelievable. Here's the mix waiting on assembling.

Seasoned curry is the best kind. :whistling:

Seriously, post a recipe, or some recollection of ingredients and proportions. If they’re as good as I think they are, it will be borderline criminal to do otherwise.[/QUOTE

Note for you, but you prolly already know
Coriander aka cilantro. I used frozen green leaf.

The mix needs you to mash the potato into the mix, first time I made I left the potatoes whole, my son suggested to mash the potato as it spreads the taste further. Second batch I agreed with him. This is about the 5th time I've made them. They are a great entree, I serve 3 with rhaita and date and tamarind chutney. It really is a 10/10.
